Once degraded farmland, Tahi has been regenerating for over two decades, transforming into thriving forests, wetlands, wild dune landscapes, and a home to more than 70 species of native birds.
Designed by the acclaimed Patterson Associates, the architecture honours the land. Natural, locally sourced materials, solar power, rain-harvested water, and interiors that balance refinement with raw nature set the tone. From inside, large windows frame shifting light over dunes and ocean; outside, you have private beach access and a beach shed stocked with paddleboards, kayaks, and boogie boards.
